Support & feedback

MianBiwi is built by a small team, and real feedback from couples shapes what comes next. If something's broken, confusing, or missing, we want to hear it.

From inside the app

Go to Settings → Feedback & support. You can:

  • Send feedback — an idea, a request, or just a note about what's working.
  • Report a problem — tell us what went wrong, and we'll look into it.

Sending from inside the app is the fastest route, because it reaches the team directly.

You can also use the support page on mianbiwi.com to get in touch.

Helpful things to include

When reporting a problem, it helps to mention:

  • What you were doing when it happened (which module, which screen).
  • What you expected versus what actually happened.
  • Your device (e.g. iPhone model) if it's relevant.

Feature ideas

Got a module you wish existed, or a tweak that would make your life easier? Send it. A lot of MianBiwi exists because a couple asked for it.

Common questions

  • My spouse can't see my entries. Make sure you're both paired into the same couple — see Pairing.
  • My health data isn't showing. Check Apple Health permissions and that you've shared the metric — see Sehat.
  • A currency symbol looks wrong. Set your currency once in Settings → Currency; it applies everywhere.
